Key Responsibilities
Provide great customer experience during At Your Service activities
Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store transactions
Handle merchandise returns and non-congruent items
Help customers with total store fulfillment
Ensure organized and efficient customer pick-up experience
Demonstrate knowledge of store products to drive sales
Follow store's audit and compliance procedures
Required Qualifications
Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
Comfortable using electronic devices
