Key Responsibilities
Provide a full range of occupational therapy services in home care settings
Conduct ongoing assessments and implement treatment plans
Teach patients and caregivers about their conditions and OT treatment plans
Confer with supervisor and other clinical team members
Document care and services in accordance with organization’s policy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
One or more years of general OT experience with Bachelor’s degree
Vermont Occupational Therapy licensure
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Broad base of clinical knowledge and skills in occupational therapy relevant to home care treatment
