Radius Rule: Contractors must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility.
Float-Rhinelander, Eager River and Tomahawk. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed
· Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday
· Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS- NIHSS Preferred
· Minimum Experience: 2 years, one travel assignment preferred (not required)
Unit: 10 bed unit- ICU and IMC: MS unit 34 beds
Ratio 1:2 in ICU; 1:3-1:4 for IMC and MS 1:5-1:6

· Shift Requirements: Variables day and nights · Float Requirements: Float to other units as needed- possible float to MS as needed
