Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you'll be the face of the branch, helping customers with important financial decisions. Use your communication skills to build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutions while collaborating with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers
Provide financial advice and solutions
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management
Follow financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success in building relationships
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve
Recognized ability to strengthen relationships
Self-motivated and confident
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Meet SAFE Act requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
