Job Description
Intuit seeks a Senior Tax Analyst for the upcoming tax season, offering remote work and the chance to assist clients with their tax preparation. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of tax filing experience and an active CPA, EA, or attorney credential.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
