Join Staples as a Sales Account Manager and be the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term relationships while managing productivity and sales goals. You will drive client satisfaction and help grow the customer base through exceptional service and education on our products.
Key Responsibilities
Build long-term relationships with customers
Manage book of business through productivity and pipeline management
Collaborate with internal business partners
Ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional client service
Drive sales and achieve profit margins for existing customer accounts
Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
Educate customers on products and opportunities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service role
Effective communication skills
Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Proven account management experience
