Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patient populations for therapy needs
Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
Establish a plan of care with the patient and family
Provide education to the patient and family/caregiver
Assist with patient discharge from therapy services
Supervise support personnel according to licensing laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Experience in Occupational Therapy
