Join Primary Vascular Care as a Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site clinical assessments and develop patient treatment plans in a mobile practice serving long-term care settings. This role requires independent functioning and offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on patient care.
Perform on-site screening clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans Function independently to perform appropriate history and physical for complex patients Order and review diagnostic and therapeutic tests Assist with care provision in accordance with regulations Monitor the effectiveness of interventions Maintain relationships with facility contacts Educate family members and clients about services Assist with the development of physician relations Complete reports in a timely manner Bachelor's Degree Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program Current NP License BLS - Basic Life Support certification Current Infection Control Certification Board Certified/Board Eligible Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification COVID and Flu Vaccine 1 year of NP experience
