Job Description
Join Dunham’s Sports as a Team Manager and lead a dynamic team in providing exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment. With over 250 stores nationwide, you will play a key role in driving sales and creating a positive store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store
Leading and training staff in customer service
Store opening and closing responsibilities
Driving sales through customer service and report analysis
Required Qualifications
2 years of retail management experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving ability
Analytical skills
Ability to provide high level of customer service
Preferred Qualifications
Merchandise knowledge in apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics
