Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and complete tasks prompted from a RF unit including item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.
  • Grab and prepare needed cases of product and place in a designated pick slot.
  • Move boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds regularly) utilizing safe lifting techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise stocked.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout and at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Cross train in other warehouse duties, as necessary.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures of the CVS Health warehouse and DEA regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to meet and maintain a satisfactory performance level of no less than 95% after training has been completed.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements including constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and climbing stairs.
  • Background check and drug screening also required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Experience using scanner (RF) equipment to complete tasks.
  • Familiarity with OSHA requirements.
