Key Responsibilities
Provide diagnostic and treatment services for communication disorders
Participate in goal identification, treatment planning, and implementation
Complete documentation of treatment notes and progress reports
Monitor progress and maintain treatment records
Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team and participate in goal development
Provide education and training to staff and families
Attend team meetings and participate in program development
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active licensure in Michigan
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Ability to work with consumers having special needs due to neurological disability/TBI
Ability to design, implement, update, and document treatment programs
