Job Description

Join Quill as a Territory Sales Executive, where you'll drive new revenue growth and build strategies for customer engagement in the Philadelphia region. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in a supportive environment focused on success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create custom pricing solutions for commercial customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed quotas and key metrics
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Seek ways to improve and absorb coaching
  • Positively impact company culture
  • Drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
