Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Physical Therapist, where you will provide essential therapy services to help clients recover and improve mobility in a supportive environment. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of care for seniors and individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs
Conduct examinations and evaluations of clients
Document client information and establish therapeutic plans
Educate clients and family members about treatment plans
Supervise assistants, aides, and students
Participate in departmental promotional activities
Required Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
Appropriate education level in accordance with state licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within the first 60 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Valid driver's license
Experience in home health care or long-term care environments
