Key Responsibilities
Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care
Participate in assessing the quality of patient care services provided in the unit
Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to create an environment of teamwork
Engage in service recovery when necessary
Support efforts to improve staff engagement through various nursing strategies
Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff
Assist with staff scheduling and manage staff labor in accordance with patient care needs
Support inventory control and manage supplies and equipment
Required Qualifications
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification within 60 days of employment start date
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
