RN Bone Marrow Transplant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care
• Participate in assessing the quality of patient care services provided in the unit
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to create an environment of teamwork
• Engage in service recovery when necessary
• Support efforts to improve staff engagement through various nursing strategies
• Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage staff labor in accordance with patient care needs
• Support inventory control and manage supplies and equipment
