Department Overview
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides direct or influential care for acutely ill, moderately stable patients at elevated risk of instability
- Advanced monitoring, assessment, and interventions used in care delivery
- Unit: GSR PCU 2S
Requirements
- Unencumbered Oregon RN license – Required upon submission
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- ACLS (AHA) – Required
- NIHSS – Required
- PCU and basic EKG experience – Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent – Required (for CAP moderate complexity testing compliance)
