Job Description

Trufood Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead total rewards strategy, manage competitive compensation structures, and ensure compliance with benefits programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures
  • Evaluate options for benefits strategy
  • Educate employees on total rewards offerings
  • Oversee the administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality
  • Conduct regular market analyses for competitive compensation
  • Support corporate employees with onboarding and employee relations
  • Lead leave of absence process ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR focusing on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
  • Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of human resources management principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated leadership, team building, motivation, and conflict resolution skills
