Trufood Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead total rewards strategy, manage competitive compensation structures, and ensure compliance with benefits programs. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement total rewards strategies
Design and manage competitive compensation structures
Evaluate options for benefits strategy
Educate employees on total rewards offerings
Oversee the administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality
Conduct regular market analyses for competitive compensation
Support corporate employees with onboarding and employee relations
Lead leave of absence process ensuring compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR focusing on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of human resources management principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR
High degree of emotional intelligence
Demonstrated leadership, team building, motivation, and conflict resolution skills
