Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Nursing Home Administrator in Lakota, ND, where you'll provide leadership and management to ensure quality care for seniors. Oversee operations, compliance, and resident services while fostering a culture of safety and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Overall leadership and management of the facility
Ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance
Managing resident services and communications
Overseeing infection prevention and control activities
Managing financial and operational objectives
Leading Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice
