Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on clinical care , developing individualized treatment plans, and helping patients reach their functional goals. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe, effective, and patient-centered rehabilitation process.

Provide direct patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment plans while maintaining a caseload aligned with productivity standards.
Conduct accurate and thorough patient evaluations to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.
Set, monitor, and achieve functional goals tailored to each patient's condition.
Revise and progress treatment plans as patients meet milestones or needs change.
Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers to promote understanding and success of home programs.
Follow established care path guidelines for patient and family education.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment records, and progress notes.
Complete patient records on the same day of service in compliance with departmental standards.
Ensure billing accurately reflects time spent, procedures performed, and equipment used .
Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in physical therapy through continuing education and in-service training.
Attend at least 90% of departmental meetings and training sessions .
Assist with training and mentoring new Physical Therapists, students, and volunteers as needed.
Provide input on departmental processes and performance improvement initiatives.
Work directly with patients, internal teams, and external healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Communicate effectively with other therapists, physicians, and team members to ensure cohesive patient management.
Support fellow team members by delegating tasks appropriately to RPTAs or support personnel .
Assist the lead therapist with daily operational tasks and responsibilities.
Schedule and prioritize daily work assignments to maximize efficiency.
Contribute to maintaining a smooth workflow in the department and resolving issues quickly.
0 – 6 months of related experience (ideal for new graduates ).
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills .
Ability to educate patients and families effectively and compassionately.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Ability to analyze clinical data , interpret technical information, and follow government regulations.
Strong reasoning skills with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment .
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (required).
Required:
Valid State of Oklahoma PT Licensure OR a Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy .
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
