Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with the public in a culturally sensitive manner
  • Fare and policy enforcement
  • Educating riders about Rules of Conduct
  • Performing regular patrols
  • Managing security monitoring and communication systems
  • Writing incident reports
  • Responding to emergency situations

Required Qualifications

  • Two years of security experience responding to emergencies
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in de-escalating challenging situations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate high-stress situations
