Key Responsibilities
Engaging with the public in a culturally sensitive manner
Fare and policy enforcement
Educating riders about Rules of Conduct
Performing regular patrols
Managing security monitoring and communication systems
Writing incident reports
Responding to emergency situations
Required Qualifications
Two years of security experience responding to emergencies
Valid Washington State driver’s license
High school diploma or GED certificate
Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in de-escalating challenging situations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to navigate high-stress situations
