Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to provide accurate answers
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers via video and audio
