Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day workflow of the shop
Provide guidance and mentorship for shop team members
Manage all third-party repairs
Complete diagnosis and repair of vehicle and equipment systems
Perform annual DOT inspections
Manage shop inventory
Required Qualifications
Strong skill proficiency in vehicle components and systems
Ability to perform complex repair and maintenance functions
Experience in managing shop workflow
Ability to complete accurate documentation of repairs
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience as a technician working on heavy-duty trucks
Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
ASE Heavy Truck Certifications (T1-T8)
