Key Responsibilities
Supervise assigned Case Managers, Coordinators, and Case Management Associates
Develop and implement operational plans for staffing and quality improvement
Ensure timely provision of coordinated patient care
Maintain expertise in case management standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
3 years Discharge planning and case management in an acute care setting
3 years recent experience with diverse patient populations
Experience with patients struggling with substance abuse
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing or Community Health
