Key Responsibilities

  • Support efforts to enhance customer experience
  • Acquire new residential customers through door-to-door contact
  • Conduct needs analysis with prospective customers
  • Develop and present sales proposals
  • Complete necessary paperwork for sales activities
  • Participate in sales meetings and training programs
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Complete administrative tasks related to products sold
  • Stay informed about competitors' activities
  • Attend and complete training programs
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
  • Engaging interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen and formulate needs-based sales strategies
  • Strong personal drive to sell
  • Ability to travel using a reliable personal vehicle
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Success in a previous sales position
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services
  • 2+ years sales or relevant work experience
