Key Responsibilities
Manage prescription requests and entry
Assist with operations support, training, and process improvements
Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team content
Handle inbound and outbound member/patient calls
Verify member/patient data and submit prescription orders
Identify solutions to non-standard requests and solve moderately complex problems
Provide exceptional customer experience
Required Qualifications
Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (ExCPT or PTCB) or ability to obtain prior to start date
1+ years of experience working in a retail pharmacy
Ability to work in office at 4300 44th Ave. Moline, IL 61265, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:30am-6pm
Must be 18 years of age OR older
