Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Local or Travel

Location: Dallas, TX 75248 – Assisted Living / Memory Care with Outpatient Clinic

Start Date: 12/15/2025 

Schedule: Weekdays, Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation & Bonus:

• $500 sign-on bonus
• Competitive pay (local or travel rates depending on assignment)

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide individualized physical therapy treatments for residents and outpatients.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document treatment plans and progress accurately in the clinical system.
• Support mobility, function, and safety for residents in assisted living and memory care units.

Requirements:

• Texas PT license required.
• New graduates welcome; prior experience in PT preferred.
• Availability for ASAP start on 12/15/2025.
