Job Description

Join Staples as an Inside Sales Manager, where you will be the primary contact for customers, manage existing accounts, and drive sales. You'll work in a collaborative environment and play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction while exceeding productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Manage book of business through productivity and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with internal business partners
  • Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage existing customer accounts to drive sales and achieve profit margins
  • Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
  • Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
  • Educate customers on products and programs

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service
  • Effective communication (oral and written)
  • Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
