Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide clerical support to the rental fleet department
Coordinate the entry and exit of vehicles
Maintain records of car movements and registrations
Process invoices
Answer phones and communicate with internal and external parties
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
Willingness to work outside on occasion
Flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to continuously sit, type, talk and listen, and drive various vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US
Regular on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months office clerical experience
Knowledge of auto parts and tools
