Duties and Responsibilities: - Properly diagnose tractors, skid loaders, and mini excavators
- Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, service to customers.
- Provide clear documentation of service.
- Complete repair work within the scheduled time.
- Request parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known.
- Perform Service repair work in accordance with factory specifications.
- Tag and properly store all warranty parts.
- Keep work areas as clean as possible.
- Provide own tools
- Maintain technical qualifications by completing any necessary training programs
- Focus on quality and ensuring issues are fixed on the first visit.
- Be familiar with DMS software and parts lookup (i.e. PartSmart) systems.
- Problem solving
- Ability to read and understand work orders
