Olson Power & Equipment Inc, a leading power sports and agricultural equipment company, is seeking a Diesel Technician to join their team in North Branch, MN.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Properly diagnose tractors, skid loaders, and mini excavators
  • Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, service to customers.
  • Provide clear documentation of service.
  • Complete repair work within the scheduled time.
  • Request parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known.
  • Perform Service repair work in accordance with factory specifications.
  • Tag and properly store all warranty parts.
  • Keep work areas as clean as possible.
  • Provide own tools
  • Maintain technical qualifications by completing any necessary training programs
  • Focus on quality and ensuring issues are fixed on the first visit.
  • Be familiar with DMS software and parts lookup (i.e. PartSmart) systems.
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to read and understand work orders
