Job Description

As a Line Cook in our cafeteria, you will be responsible for the handling and preparation of food, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality. You'll utilize your culinary skills to prepare meals, maintain a clean environment, and provide exceptional service to patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and prepare food in accordance with safety requirements
  • Follow standardized recipes and production sheets
  • Participate in daily quality control and food production
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food preparation standards
  • Knowledge of sanitation and food safety
  • At least one year of on-the-job experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare setting
  • High School diploma or GED
