As a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working weekends at Residential Home Health and Hospice, you will collaborate with a care team to manage and deliver personalized patient care plans. The role includes providing compassionate nursing support to terminally ill patients in Mechanicsburg, PA, involving travel to patient homes and effective use of EMR technology. We are looking for compassionate nurses with:
LPN license in the state you work
Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
Two years of LPN experience, hospice preferred
Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
