Job Description

As a Culinary Specialist in the U.S. Army, you'll prepare meals for Soldiers, ensuring they enjoy nutritious food during training and missions. This role includes cooking, food supply management, and maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cook meals and prepare food comparable to major restaurants
  • Prepare and service meals in the field and at home stations
  • Order and inspect food supplies
  • Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
  • Age: 17–34 years
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must meet tattoo guidelines
  • No major law violations
  • No significant medical concerns
