Job Description
Join Intuit as a Tax Associate and work remotely to assist customers with their taxes using TurboTax products. Leverage your tax knowledge to provide excellent service and help clients navigate their tax preparation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary business information
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
Interact with customers and team members professionally
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Ability to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
