Key Responsibilities
Build, manage and maintain clinic staff relationships through collaboration, education, and communication
Support patients with Medicare resources and education
Partner with and support Growth Manager on annual clinic Growth plan
Support Medicare Education across clinic staff with training, education, and engagement
Engage in data review with Growth VP on a regular cadence
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age OR older
1+ years of experience with analyzing and solving customer problems
1+ years of experience with working in the health care industry
1+ years of experience with working with medical terminology
Experience with EMR
Experience with computers and Windows PC applications including Microsoft Office
Must have reliable transportation and be able to visit clinics in an assigned territory as needed
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Ability to work during normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST from Monday - Friday

EPIC experience
Marketing experience
Experience working with health care insurance
Experience in a hospital, physician's office OR medical clinic setting
Experience working with Medicare and / OR Medicaid Services
