Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and maintain clinic staff relationships through collaboration, education, and communication
  • Support patients with Medicare resources and education
  • Partner with and support Growth Manager on annual clinic Growth plan
  • Support Medicare Education across clinic staff with training, education, and engagement
  • Engage in data review with Growth VP on a regular cadence

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ years of experience with analyzing and solving customer problems
  • 1+ years of experience with working in the health care industry
  • 1+ years of experience with working with medical terminology
  • Experience with EMR
  • Experience with computers and Windows PC applications including Microsoft Office
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to visit clinics in an assigned territory as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to work during normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST from Monday - Friday

Preferred Qualifications

  • EPIC experience
  • Marketing experience
  • Experience working with health care insurance
  • Experience in a hospital, physician's office OR medical clinic setting
  • Experience working with Medicare and / OR Medicaid Services
