Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in skilled nursing centers or outpatient clinics
Clinical mentorship experience
