Job Description
Join Trufood Manufacturing as a Production Supervisor, leading a dynamic team to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This role emphasizes employee engagement and continuous improvement in production processes, making a significant impact in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain work procedures and employee safety programs
Foster a collaborative working environment across all functions
Collaborate with Quality and Sanitation departments to ensure good manufacturing and food safety practices
Daily production line management
Work with Production Manager to resolve manufacturing issues
Coaching, mentoring and training of production leads and employees
Manage resources including people, equipment and materials
Understand production line standards and processes
Manage work in process inventory
Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies
Required Qualifications
4 year degree in engineering, operations, supply chain or business administration or equivalent experience
3 - 5 years experience in a manufacturing facility
3 - 5 years experience in a supervisory or management position
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Proficient in MS Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
