Key Responsibilities
Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
Ensure products are consistent with company quality standards
Model and require safe work behaviors
Motivate and train employees
Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds using a preventative maintenance program
Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Execute corporate and local marketing plans
Champion recognition and motivation efforts
Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Supervisory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment
