Job Description

Join Genuine Parts Company as a Business Development Manager in Auto Care Sales, where you will lead the adoption of innovative programs to drive sales growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on training and support to empower NAPA Auto Care centers and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand Auto Care program adoption
  • Communicate and execute Auto Care strategic initiatives
  • Present and sell Auto Care program value to prospects
  • Provide training to local sales teams
  • Achieve territory quota on sales and new members
  • Assist local BDGs in management and marketing efforts
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to NAPA Auto Care centers
  • Review monthly initiatives with sales team
  • Execute sales plans for business growth
  • Conduct periodic account reviews
  • Manage key events and trade shows
  • Ensure member access to Auto Care member site
  • Meet or exceed yearly targets

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Demonstrated sales acumen
  • Strong communication and customer focus
  • Resilience and adaptability
  • Results orientation and financial acumen
  • Deep product knowledge
  • Technology proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
