Job Description
Join Genuine Parts Company as a Business Development Manager in Auto Care Sales, where you will lead the adoption of innovative programs to drive sales growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on training and support to empower NAPA Auto Care centers and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand Auto Care program adoption
Communicate and execute Auto Care strategic initiatives
Present and sell Auto Care program value to prospects
Provide training to local sales teams
Achieve territory quota on sales and new members
Assist local BDGs in management and marketing efforts
Deliver top-notch customer service to NAPA Auto Care centers
Review monthly initiatives with sales team
Execute sales plans for business growth
Conduct periodic account reviews
Manage key events and trade shows
Ensure member access to Auto Care member site
Meet or exceed yearly targets
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Demonstrated sales acumen
Strong communication and customer focus
Resilience and adaptability
Results orientation and financial acumen
Deep product knowledge
Technology proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
