Key Responsibilities
Build a book of business through proactive, outbound calls to existing Schwab clients
Uncover opportunities through needs-based analysis and position appropriate products and solutions
Observe skilled Financial Consultants and learn to deliver value and service through collaboration and mentoring
Required Qualifications
Valid and active Series 7 license
Valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license
Valid and active Life and Health Insurance license
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in the financial services industry
Ability to leverage Business development experience
Passion for gaining knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services
Openness to build strong client relationships
