Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on vehicles
  • Conduct road tests to diagnose problems
  • Mentor new technicians
  • Keep work area clean and safe
  • Use tools and technologies for repairs
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks from supervisor

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
  • Specialized training in diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components
  • OEM training courses
  • ASE Certification
  • 608/609 certifications
