Job Description

Join Sysco as a Diesel Fleet Technician II and enjoy a flexible part-time schedule. You'll ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet through expert maintenance and repairs, contributing to a stable and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
  • Conduct annual inspections on all fleet vehicles
  • Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions
  • Document all work performed on work orders
  • Complete electrical repairs and welding projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-year school and 1 year of experience or 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair
  • Current and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE certifications; Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks
  • 609 HVAC Certification
