Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Special Education Paraprofessional to support K–12 special education students in Phoenix. Collaborate with licensed teachers to help students thrive academically and emotionally while gaining invaluable classroom experience. This role offers flexible hours and weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting licensed staff in the classroom
Aiding students in meeting their individualized education plan (IEP)
Maintaining a conducive classroom environment
Working with individuals and/or small groups
Providing support for students in crisis
Supporting students on outings
Utilizing various learning methods
Celebrating student achievements
Required Qualifications
60 credits or Associates Degree
Passing score on an appropriate ADE assessment or ParaPro/Praxis Exam
