Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers in the public sector and commercial market
Build territory strategy and analyze performance to exceed revenue goals
Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend, and potential
Schedule appointments and present Quill values and solutions to prospective customers
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill and acquire new customers
Create custom pricing solutions for potential commercial customers
Ensure smooth transition to the account management team upon customer commitment
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek continuous improvement and apply coaching
Build trust and lead by example within the team
Grow share of wallet by consolidating business from other vendors
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5+ years sales experience with at least 6 months of relevant experience in the public sector
Ability to cover a territory of Los Angeles, CA and surrounding Southern CA area
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven business development experience
