Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure site operates effectively and maintains standards
Partner with parents for children's care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families and educators
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Meet state-specific guidelines for the role
Basic computer proficiency
Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and engage in physical activity
Proficient in English
