Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Offer assistance or direction to customers entering the dealership
Assist customers in making purchase decisions by asking questions and listening to their needs
Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Required Qualifications
Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
Friendly, competitive personality, especially in handling objections & negotiating pricing
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and math skills
Interest in training additional sales associates
Clean driving record & valid driver's license
