Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process
• Ensures patient comfort and informs them about procedures
• Performs interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments
• Documents patient care provided
• Monitors and communicates patient condition
• Assists patients with activities of daily living
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines
• Evaluates learning needs of patients and provides education
• Advocates for patient well-being
• Participates in staff meetings and committees
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to dress code
