Position Summary
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and patient care. In this role, you will ensure proper equipment use, support patients and families with clear communication, and help maintain daily department operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate imaging requisitions; verify patient identification and safety.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, practicing ALARA principles.
- Provide patient and family support by clearly explaining exams and radiation exposure.
- Report and track equipment malfunctions to maintain safe operations.
- Assist with departmental workflow, documentation, and compliance with hospital policies.
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and professional development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Current MA Radiographer license.
- ARRT certification (Radiography).
