Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Nursing Home Administrator, where you will lead operations in a compassionate environment dedicated to quality care for seniors. You will manage compliance, resident services, and financial objectives while ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall leadership and management of the facility
Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
Direct and coordinate operational activities
Manage resident service and communication
Implement infection prevention and control protocols
Lead Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
Manage financial and operational objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare administration
Coursework in business and human resources
