Key Responsibilities
Oversee the creation and implementation of the strategic growth plan
Lead and manage all aspects of the Firm's legal recruiting efforts
Manage the lateral hiring process and onboarding
Research and source senior level lateral target candidates
Cultivate relationships with key recruiters in legal markets
Build and execute the Firm's employment brand
Utilize data and analytics to understand trends and create hiring strategy
Manage the legal recruiting budget
Formulate and maintain recruiting policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of recruiting experience in a law firm
5+ years' experience as a lateral partner strategist
Established relationships with legal recruiters
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
