Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and enter information into computer systems
  • Complete office processes, including filing and handling mail
  • Compile and maintain local paperwork for easy access
  • Perform basic receivable processes including purchase orders/invoices
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year in an office setting preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Previous experience using computers
