Schedule:  weekday and weekend coverage as needed (at least 16 hours per month)

Qualifications:

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited PT program.
  
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Appropriate state PT license, required.
